Randall Emmett is closing a prior chapter in his life. The producer has sold the Los Angeles home that he once shared with ex-fiance Lala Kent. If those walls could talk….
The living space was featured on Vanderpump Rules, with Randall inviting co-stars in to play pickleball. Jeff Lewis also worked on the space for an episode of Flipping Out. Certainly, now though, it’s time to move on.
Randall Emmett’s house won’t be featured on any more reality TV shows
TMZ exclusively spoke with Randall’s real estate agent, David T. Kessler. The realtor revealed that the Hollywood producer “closed escrow” on the property Wednesday to a tune of $4.35 million.
Though the house had its time on reality TV, the buyer is far removed from that profession. Instead, the new owner is a “retired businessman.”
The house, placed on Mulholland Drive, is 4,276 square feet and features four bedrooms and four bathrooms. The estate includes a swimming pool and pickleball court. Views from the property don’t disappoint.
Randall has been trying to sell the property since 2022. At the time, it was listed for $6.2 million. But with no takers, the former reality TV star decided to lower the price to $4.995. It was sold for that price to the above-mentioned buyer.
The sale marks an end to Randall’s romance with the Vanderpump Rules star. He first moved in in 2017. Lala joined him for several years, including their three-year engagement. When news of his infidelity broke, the VPR star called off the engagement and moved out.
Meanwhile, Lala bought a new home in the San Fernando valley for $3.1 million in March of 2024. The lavish home suits her expanding family, and features a private pool and sports court.
The podcast host welcomed her second daughter, Sosa Kent, via a sperm donor on September 3, 2024.
